Gonna get a used og XBONE tomorrow for RM450. Is it a good deal and any issues I should look out for?

The first Xbox One? The VCR sized one? My own unit is now considered sluggish to use. Not sure if it's the hardware, the hard disk or what. Just trying to navigate menus is already troublesome. That unit was from 2014. My Xbox One X from 2017 is still ok. Personally it would be better if you can find an Xbox One S instead. It plays the same games, has a 4K Bluray drive, and is more recent. But for RM450 it's not a bad price.

I think this is what I have to do to resub at the most cost effective rate - let the ultimate expire, stack 3 years Gold, convert to GPU.

Couple of questions because i've never let my gold lapse - What happens with the Games with Gold XB1 games - do you lose them permanently or do you get them back when you resubscribe to gold?

Also, where's cheapest for annual gold codes?

I have never let my Gold expire since 2014 or so, and dare not to. But on PS, you lose your games if your PS Plus expires. Happened to a friend of mine. He forgot to keep track of his subscription, and one day he realized his games library can't be played anymore. Even after he re-subscribed.

IINM you'll get the back the GwG XB1 games when you resub, unlike the GwG X360 games that you'll own them forever
my GPU still got another 6 more months to go, do let me know if you still can use the USD1 convert trick after it lapsed.

That's what my research indicates as well. In regards to the USD1 trick, i think you can only use it once - but converting 3 years gold at the standard one month rate would be the goal.

From my reading, noticed that members in this thread are seasoned and experinced xbox user, which I hope can assist with my query:

So I recently got this update by microsoft but the moment it reaches 4% without fail it stops and shows an error message 0x80070570 0x00000000 0x90000005. After getting troubleshooting help by Microsoft, they told me to factory reset my console then try and download this offline update. When trying to download the update it ended up showing another error code E101. Can you suggest how to fix this?
