Reconfirm with them sifus, but IMHO Phoenix RIM and DN3 is the current favourites if you wanna go 4.3.

If you wanna stick with the older 4.1.2, then ARHD.

For me I stuck with the older Wanam 4.0 for various reasons. It's giving me great smoothness and battery life so far, at the cost of the occasional loss of G-Accounts and no Note 3 features.

to me DN3 best for note 3 features.
I don't think anyone would still want 4.1.2 . It's an ancient firmware man.

Ancient firmware still has the best 3rd party custom kernel support jo. At least until Sammy releases 4.3 kernel sources. Which is gonna be a while.

Until then we're still stuck with Devil as our only 3rd party kernel for 4.3. Not that it's bad, it's really just a stopgap solution with dirty backported drivers and source from another device (which means it's not actually optimised 100% for the N2).

between 2 of my favourite rom ( phoenix & ARHD ). i still prefer ARHD,..
so fast, so smooth, so great battery life, and yet no need much config too,..
only pity thing is wanam exposed is not support,. i only manage to install Xposed installer,..
personally i dont need note 3 features much, and i disable it most of the time to save battery,.

i dont think 4.3 will able to replaces 4.1.2 totally in coming days unless samsung release the kernel source

After seeing your comment, made we wanting to try out the ARHD. Currently on DN3.1.1. Is it possible to flash from DN 3 to ARHD? Will there be any potential to lose the EFS or IMEI?
Current baseband = MJ9.
Boot loader = not sure, I think I did not upgrade to MJ5.

I'm planning to do a full wipe and flash ARHD.

Anyone know if MiGo Smartwatch works with Samsung Galaxy Note 2? Seems like a good alternative to Samsung Galaxy Gear for me.

IMHO, App Lock isn't the biggest culprit. WeChat is.

Its just that App Lock only amplified the battery drain even further.

This is why I only use WeChat on BB/iOS/WP as WeChat on Android just produces too much wakelocks.

Back in its early days, it had a bug on all my Android phones where it activates the proximity sensor for long periods.
