3 more smallest unit should be available next week....my friend and i sent in the form mid last week. Wanted to canx several times but sales person was good. Told me that end of two yrs, expected completion should be 20% only, thus 4% given is more than enough..hard time and hard decisions

1000 units. Lets see how long they will take to fill that place up with occupancy. My take is 3 years.

Of cours ecoworld can over deliver if they chose too..
But they cant control what will be in their backyard.....

Of course pricing also play a big factor as well...if they willing to give say 7% instead of 4%, maybe many might not drop their units.

Overall, the layout, design, facilities and structure are quite presentable. Unfortunately, it is quite far from the golden triangle.

Really dont know why there are so many drop out. From my research, some of the projects in jb were priced even higher (850psf) than block b. Yet with very high density (no privacy).

Even though it is far from klcc area, but I think the upcoming tun razak exchange project will benefit ecosky project indirectly.

Sure but one thing confuse me is that any reason why so many Bangla shop around the golden triangle area. Ironically, thing there must be very cheap.

The upcoming financial centre (tun razak exchange) will be the second raffles place like in Singapore. Heard it will attract 50k ppl to work there. I think it will help but will be very congested then.

Am working at Jalan Tun Razak. The TRX will be 2minutes walk from my current office. And the embassy is Indonesian Embassy. Anyway, I dun fancy working in city center. Super jam!! rclxub.gif

Just imagine, Friday evening 6pm, heavy rain, SMART Tunnel closed. Can be stuck in traffic not moving an inch for more than 30minutes. sad.gif
