3 more smallest unit should be available next week....my friend and i sent in the form mid last week. Wanted to canx several times but sales person was good. Told me that end of two yrs, expected completion should be 20% only, thus 4% given is more than enough..hard time and hard decisions

Think he may be right...i just couldnt get over the idea of having an incinerator nearby and it is just too much risk for me to take. Also, i have been scouting condos all over and noticed that occupancies for 2 year old projects are relatively low. Need some holding power here

After serious consideration I've decided to still go with it despite the incinerator.

Reportedly, dropout rate is about 10%. Is that alarming?

BeanCounter - I was equally puzzling when I saw the banner that read Dato JY.

I am happy to keep my unit. Wonder why some purchasers cabut. Afraid of incinerator, no DIBS, unfavourable property outlook, no money or see people run, they also run? Beside the above, personally I think the purchasers are going to get a good quality product, Ecoworld cannot afford to screw-up, Tan Sri cannot afford to screw-up as this is their first project. This project will determine their future reputation. Tus I think they will only over deliver. The food provided during signing of booking form and SnP is a good example. All the best to those who are holding on. Hope we will be handsomely rewarded after 4 years. Gong Xi Fa Cai in advance.

Bigmama - Everyone has different opinion and investment approach. We ought to respect their views though some may differ. Honesly, they may see things that we cant see and vice versa.

Next billing could be September or October this year. But as of yesterday site tour, mobilisation is not done yet.

Maybe some of the purchasers have few other properties on hand and they can't shake off since already signed SPA. In order not to burden their shoulders they let go ecosky?

However I have decided to keep my unit. biggrin.gif

10% drop out is a big deal. period.
let's see whether they learn from their mistakes or just continue along happily with their merry little ways.

No big deal la. Just learnt tat dpc ws1 has 20 units unsold til now. They marked up 40% ori Dev price n now giving away 10% - 15% discount + 4 car parks. 4 mths for 1st disbursement and immediate vp upon loan approval.

Dev alwiz win la. The difference is how they plan their strategy.
