They may give u another mug, like the one we got when we booked our units...

will they ask you to return the mug if u cancel your booking?

Where is Eco Sky ?

for eco sky, i have the following questions:
1. is apdl obtained? i presume yes since they are going ahead with SPA.
2. is the development to be completed at one go or differently for Tower C?
3. why till to-date, there are no plans, layouts, brochures, etc for purchasers? it is not good enough purely from SPA layouts.
4. have building plans been obtained from DBKL?

they have the PB approval from DBKL with conditions, ADPL maybe not coz cant get it from KPKT.

Frens...there has been a smell these days, usually at night especially after rain which is quite apparent of late. Before u sign, suggest u drive there and do a bit of intensive sniffing. Judge for urself
