For Block C, DK and Duplex already launch, you can do booking now but price is above 1 mil (can't remember the exact figure).

Probably that 2 types are the expensive one..so they allow booking...total built up is 1800++ sq ft..so price is above 1mil. I think price is 700-750psf if remember correctly, wasn't really interested on block c.
