Different people, different taste.

I saw them serving cakes lah...Sama ajer.... Cold sandwich will be coming soon as per the operator. Nothing to shout about for the food.

Several points I noticed from this initiative:

1. More people aware of this place Ecosky.
2. The Park @ Ecosky get busier with more family bring their family for a stroll. A well litted park at night.
3. Security is commendable. Several guards and also auxilliary cops are there at night.
4. Pak Guard also help taking care of carpark. Some will be directed to Tesco free carpark.
5. Crowd that flood Palladium are mostly Gen Y. There are some families there too. Can see many selfie kings and queens over there....
6. EW is trying very hard to eradicate the F16 there. They shall work harder. I refer to mozzies
7. The nightlights and deco is good. Something to see apart from the busy Jalan Kuching.
8. Lights off at 12. Cafe tutup kedai @ 10pm. I think EW should tell them to use their common sense and flexibility to remain open after 10 should the crowd is still strong.

Do I like Palladium Cafe? Yeah. I think it is a good initiative. Serving good artisan coffee. Cant vouch for their food.

Will such cultures and crowd be even stronger when the commercial blocks are operating?

Went there last couple of mths back, one of unit ( 1400 )at the sky garden level 25/26 asking about 950k after discount.

Wah. One kopi tiam and small little park is like a game changer in this Jalan Ipoh? Lol. Ecoworld still has much to do to change the perception on this place for to them to sell higher than market price property or market leader property in this area.

seem too fancy and the look can't long lasting 1.

anyone received the progress claim for Stage 2(f) Sewerage serving the said building, can developer jump stage from 2(a) to 2(f).
