tower A and B being habis sapu, initial launching price was between rm720-730psf ? if yes then wonder why tower C still have plenty of units as it is selling at rm750psf, which is not much different compare to tower A and B

No, Tower A and B back then was from RM 620 psf ono onwards after discount.

Tower C was launched about 1 year later and Tower C consists a lot of special units like The Loft, duplex or bigger size and price increase a bit.

Tower A and B are normal service apartment and majority sizes are 904-1100 sq ft, but all like detached unit.

Tower A is 861 and 904 sq ft smallest. Biggest 1227 sq ft, only 1 unit per floor.

Tower B smallest is 904 sq ft. Biggest 1227 sq ft, 2 units per floor.

A bit steep to go in now and unless stronger holding power than usual n for much longer term. Completion next year Q2-Q3, so not wise if to buy now and exit immediately upon RPGT 30% and rental wise, current market not so good.

Early buyers for small units, medium floors, at RM 620 psf ono, believe getting a very good entry via good price.

tot min was about RM650-RM660 psf previously...

Initially around that but with DIBS, but due to developer honour the stupid last minute off DIBS announcement, developer reduce the nett selling price.

Now the price for that area is almost that price.

Hear the KIP park townhouse from 200-300k fetch to 7-800k....

yeah... THey threw in some discount. Many cowpeh not enough.

I think they operate till 10pm or so...even maybe later....I can see those lights remain ON till about midnight.

Coffee is good. Price is about the same as other artisan coffee.
