Always pass by and saw the small park in front of Tesco. The small piece of land belongs to ecoworld too?
*
Nope, that piece of land belongs to DBKL.
EcoWorld take over to beautify it only.

How come this forum suddenly so quiet? Any news on current promotion? Have you all receive any progress billings?

Wondering where are Tengster and Fei Mou?
*
Wazzup. The Park at EcoSky is up and running but with constant improvements and maintenance.

Billing is at 10% (SPA) and 10% (for foundation) as of now.

Not sure about current promo. hmm.gif

3.5 acres...long and narrow piece of land owned by DBKL (as mentioned by Calculator). Ecoworld converted it to ThePark@EcoSky. SMall park but better than nothing. Ecoworld is required to maintain it for at least 5 years. nod.gif

But 5 years from now or 5 years from VP?
After 5 years then maintain by JMC?
Thanks for sharing. smile.gif

After 5 years, it should be maintained by DBKL....not JMB/MC.

Long time stalker of propertytalk, am really interested in this project, anyone can spare an honest summary of pros and cons?

- am reading page by page of this thread.
- am concerned about the incinerator, is it taking off? can't find more recent news.
- not just looking at dev reputation, but am concerned about location, amenities, appreciation in value, premium quality
- am not from KL, first property in KL primarily for investment/ secondary stay if not renting out.
- if not ecosky, what other property looks promising? I'm also looking at MK, bangsar, and even researched on CBJ thread, can't seem to make a decision yet.

anybody aware that ecosky residential is a green building?
seems like they went for LEED.
would have preferred if they went for GBI instead.

btw, so frustrating that there are not much progress updates at all from ew.

Ecosky's progress has been really slow. Skyz residence in Puchong is already very noticeable even though it was launched later than ecosky hmm.gif

The slower the better in bad times like now. Ecoworld will not run away. So if they delay, we should be happy to receive LAD. They will honour the LAD.

Not sure but I believe EcoSky starts to build after launching in Sept 2013 while IOI already commenced job for The Skyz Puchong before pre launch.

I went to the site yesterday. The commercial area seems progressing well. The garden walkway to Tesco also looks good thumbup.gif
