It is for public or the residents of ecosky? I remember this is part of the project and should be separated from the adopted beautifying project right? For sure the adopted land is for public. How about "the park"

This adopted 3 acres is separate item from the 33k sqft private park.

Private as per their words.

it's a bit strange also lah if private.
while it's good to have a private park but in reality it would be shared with the commercial as well hence it would be open to public to access?
and only the ecosky development owners paying for it.
anyway, can't win em all

The SA told me that The Park in front commercial is accessible by public.
Anyway, still ok to me lah.

By referring to the advertisement, it is expected that ecosky is going to push clarita sales with huge discount.

Their sales gallery is sitting on this plot of land now. Not sure if it's going to be permanently there. What I heard is it will be.. And will be part of commercial area later.

The building is like container style not bad.. Maybe next time can turn into restaurant/bar. Got carpark some more

Hi anyone purchased or going to purchase clarita? What is the asking price for 936 (type d5 - 03a) and 1086 (type b3 - 08).

Where is the showroom? Planning to go on this weekend.

Suggest you to call in for the price or walk in to their Gallery next to the site, it is just next to Tesco Extra.

THey adopted a 3+ acre land from DBKL with intention to make it as public park. THey are working on it now.

And then at the begining of the site, they are completed some of the critical infra work i.e. drainage....

Those coming to the sales gallery will see a lot of Ecosky barricade and then a sharp left turn to the sales gallery. This work should be completed by end June.....
