Because we want to be like them also. Keep them in the dsrk and inform only during spa signing

SA starts calling waiting list and registered guest to pick up drop out units.

It depends on what type u choose when u fill up the waiting list form. If your type is 1186 but nobody is letting go that type then u won't be receiving calls. Again it depends what is your q number as well.

I suspect mainly investor will drop out and normally investor goes for smallest unit.

Mind sharing which type u after?

I followed someone there and joined the massive crowd during launch.....dibs, sp setia type, 1st or maiden project for a new player.

Subsequently found out the following:

- incinerator to be build nearby. Though residents are protesting...it will be difficult. See Lynas
- maiden project with experience from setia but the way they followed up on no dibs irks me a little. No apoplogy or convincing on the project. When asked about spa sate, they said should be two weeks. I don't like to be kept in the dark....
- no dibs. Imagine u sell a bmw and later go back and say no more warranty period. It's essentially on different terms dy and dibs is on most ppl's mind
- did some researches since, at 650 psf. It's one of the highest dy...even higher than some in mont kiara

Feel sad...it has been a 2 mths plus journey since.

3 rooms mainly for own stay o....on the day pre-launch i know alot of ppl staying nearby especially parents buying for their kids. some opt of upgrade whack 2 units. 1 for stay one for invest. so with NO DIBS, some ppl might drop 1 unit and most likely the small units are drop up.

All i aware is the 118X sq feet 3 rooms one facing east gone very fast during the pre-launch day.

I also staying nearby ma, choose this prop coz to stay close to my parent lol. on the pre-launch ah, received sms said will be started at 6pm, reached there @ 5pm S.A told me all number finished,    Sibeh Dulan.

First time investing? No DIBS should not be a factor. I never enjoy any DIBS until this one, finally being pulled also, looks like I have no "yuan" with DIBS.

Would that stop me from investing in props, hell NO.

I never worry about the incinerator thing becos I know the one who own the massive land bank nearby sure does not want it to happen.

If you are targeting type A, you have to work harder. There are only two units per floor. From level 8-39 minus sky garden floor...maybe there are 62 units only....

If I were you, go there and chat with them. Bring cheque book. Leave a cheque payable to stakeholder to them...
