for previous update,i backup-restore using pcc,but it doesn't replace the installed apps at all.

did you try to give a fresh restart?
since you already backup all your things. hard reset it and see if u can still restore after that.

the usb 3.0 is the culprit.
after i change to another port, the PCC proceed to the next step.
finally, running on 4.3

by flashing stock 4.3 FTF using flashtool, can i keep my root?
update: i think no.

need to try doomlord advance kernel...
update: aiyooo, this one need to unlock bootloader.

Afaik the backup and restore may not be compatible between major updates. Eg. As in your case, Backup done in 4.2 cannot be use in android 4.3

Still nothing for ZL, Checked just now..

LAst time the update sequence was ZL - Z - ZR?

Now is like ZR - Z - ZL

guys,

need help for my XZL.
mine cant switch on and already sent to SC. can only on if plug into power source.
now almost the same happen to my wife phone. whats the real problem?

mine still havent get it back yet. almost 1 month already. haish

after two days using it, whenever i exit app, it will be like hang/lag for a while...
chrome did flickering, but only when i want to switch tab...

sometimes, when i press power button to turn off screen, then immediately i turn it back on, it will be no respond...need to wait a while...i assume this is the new update shutting down/idling features/apps for power saving...

i just restore by using PCC(using *dbk files,size 860 MB).it states 5 hours ++ time remaining to finish the process .then i go to sleep.after woke up,its done.solved.by the way,thanks for your concern biggrin.gif

It's the rooted leaked version. Official and leaked version are same build i think.
