I have only external mouse.Using the keyboard of the AW14. Anyway, the Keyboard on AW14 is lousy. Can't register 2 buttons presses simultaneously. Tried updating the Windows 8.1 from the store and this is what I get
CODE "You need to use account with Administrator privileges to install Windows 8.1, try logging in with the user account of an administrator of this PC and trying the update again." I've already an administrator account anyway. Anybody can help? Thanks. |

maybe it's because i always use local account without association to any email, i had no issue to get the files previously.
