Nah, no worries. I was just pulling your legs. To a certain extent we can quantify either individual in a certain age group or individual within a certain salary bracket are ignorant towards customer satisfaction and just would like to get their banking done evidenced by your data. But, should you correlate the latter with the race, you would be opening a can of worms - gonna stink man. I suggest you drop analysing the race data. Just my 2 cents.
Yeah, I bought an unit in SEH - the SD. Hahaha, USED to be huh. I enjoyed the progress SPS has made over the years, and being part of the evaluation committee that had dealt with financing SPS projects; the latest one being the Battersea, it gave me assurance that they are quality developer.
Also, from Kajang, this was an opportunity to own a quality piece of development in my backyard, and never budged from following the project since the conception stage. I am not bothered actually about the developer so long that it is a quality development. But, i think everyone realises that there are those jaguh tempatan like MKH, TLS and etc as well jaguh antarabangsa such as SPS, IP, Sime who are able to build townships, manage as well as create value to the surrounding vicinity. Only thing it is slightly further than my current place, but thats where they create the connectivity for ease of travel. So, yeah, I am absolutely delighted to be able to have secured one unit.
