Sad not being there,The Parc.I'm out of country for 3 weeks.Anyway I learnt something new that Setia Ecohill 1 or 2 should follow US mall that they built mall which occupied by more than 4 bigger retailer such as Nordstrom,Target,Macy, Kohl,Jc Penny side by side in one place.They have their own building which connected together in mall.In LA Cali. State there are many mall within 10 km radius like that.Thinking how can they survive in this setup which had many mall in one county.But they growth because everybody one to shoping there. Hope ,SP Setia will bring major retailers to their mall to cater the people of Cheras,Kajang,Bangi,Mantin,Nilai and of course Hulu Langat.

The Star Online.12.12.13 PETALING JAYA: PLUS Expressway Bhd, the operator of the North South Expressway (NSE), has proposed to build a toll road in Senawang, Negri Sembilan, linking the Kajang-Seremban Expressway (Lekas) to the NSE.
PLUS was hoping to reduce the increasingly serious traffic congestion on the NSE, and to increase revenue from toll collection on this link, said sources.
Presently, there are some 11 traffic lights between Lekas and the NSE, although that stretch is less than 10km.
The proposed direct link, which would be shorter in distance by 3km to 5km, will bypass these lights and at the same time divert some of the congestion on the NSE between Kuala Lumpur and Seremban.
Seems like there will be interesting activities in Southern side of Selangor when the proposed link highway become true. There will be 2 main alternative NS highway to KL which the 'one' cross Semenyih.

This will minimize the percentage of community that didn't want to pay especially for those who rent it.
