Btw, acrylic is used normally in industrial grade for making tools case etc.
Just stacking the acrylic thermoplastics after fabricated, and fused it afterwards.
The price still ok. Industrial grade materials.

For aluminum alloy casted case, the materials are very cheap.
They sell high price for case because of finishing is good quality.
Aluminum alloy always not good impression in my mind.

Yeah, should post some pictures to keep us poisoned.
Poisoning is same like bathing, you do it more than once to top it up.
