Ericson will maintain some part of its operation in cyber. yeah I guess after the tax break expired in 10 years...these big companies will look for other incentives offered by other countries. Hospital - Putrajaya hospital (very good facilities). School - I send my kids to ELC international school. For me, need some Chinese food court / conventional kopitiam type choices. Oversupply is everywhere in klang valley especially those pigeon holes. Buy landed in cyberjaya with holding power should be a safe bet. So many ppl buying semenyih lately but landed in semenyih is not really cheap compare to cyberjaya landed. For example, semi-D 40x80 in Eco Majestic is Rm1.3-1.4mil while SEG 41x95 is only 1.6/7mil. With the price diff of 300K, location, distance to nearby township, land size, accessibilities wise, thus buying landed in cyber is a better bet. The vision of Silly-con valley - sorry that I personally never believed that since day one. Just assume Cyber as a good residential area will be more practical. I am just telling the truth ma. 22x70 of eco majestic is Rm600-700K, might as well buy Ceria Residences / Lake Point project - RM850K-900K~ Tell me, if ppl working in KLCC / KLIA 1 & 2 / Puchong / USJ - where they prefer to stay?
