Not yet bro,my office still in construction.maybe will move out around early of 2017.saw the roppongi coming,should be good since they proposed medical centre.will benefit the ecoglades,lake front,mmu,pangaea,mutiaraville and the arc.

About maturity seriously i dun think its problem to me,i do have a choice to buy at hillpark,cheaper and bigger landed house but working distance is rough.45km to work from batu arang to puchong?..forget it..

My exp with unmature town (kota damansara a.k.a sg buloh industrial area b4 is totally ghost town) teach me alot about patience.15 years.. Now mention kD,ppl think about jem.hahah..

The mall .... The food.. And the amenities ... Haven't mature ... Because I at puchong... cyber haven't ready also... Haha

My house ready in 2 years and I can't wait to move it. I don't eat out much and never like jam. Almost everything is within 2-15 mins drive. - banks, mall, market, mamak, Chinese food (dengkil). Road is big, flat, greenery, clean. Bomba around the corner, hospital and schools need to wait a bit.
So everything fits

I prefer when everything to be available in walking distance

I like Cyberjaya, but kinda think that the master developer didn't plan it very well and it can be better. Now like a bit rojak.

my cyberjaya house also will complete on next year september, hopefully can move in by end of 2016.

Last time master plan is well planed ...

the masterplan was supposed to be the silly-con valley of Malaysia.....
guess when drM left the prime ministery...everything fell apart. No more new IT or related biz....therefore setia haruman has no choice but to sell land to private companies to build expensive houses.

Ericison has moved out the major part of their biz. There was another pioneer in Cyber also moved out....sorry cant remember what was the company.

Even the nearby Science Park2, only two lots have been sold after XX years.
