I think MOT for semi D in SEG is Rm 50K++

thats the new guideline set by our government last year. but not sure if it applies for the properties purchased before that.

Yes..ive brought my puppies to both this park beside dpulze and also the one beside putrajaya lakeI prefer the one beside putrajaya lake..as its cleaner I guess..but theres more ppl..so have to be mindful of thier beliefs(If u know what I mean) Generally though everyone there ive met is fine with the puppies..  |

Landed in Ceria Residences or Lakepoint Residences are both below Rm 1mil.
If you can stretch a little bit more ~ Rm 1.2mil you can get subsale of Setia Eco Glades with 26' x 95' superlink.
