How many ppl < 35 yrs old making ~Rm 20K a month in order to own a Rm2mil house? How many ppl < 35 yRs old making Rm15k a mth to own a super link Rm1mil++ ?
Affordability is the main factor of course number of transaction is an issue.
Why not comparing prima sales then?

Just some sour grape trying to say cyber is same level it lower than nirvana city by comparing number of transaction without looking into geographical, location, accessibilities, infrastructures, Job opps surrounding etc.

Rm 350K budget can find a nice place to stay in bukit Jalil / puchong / Sri petaling? Come on be realistic on housing price.

No need Rm2-3mil.
Rm 800K ~ for lake point or ceria residences landed lo.
If budget a bit tight go for cyber south lo.
At least buy something now then work hard work smart to upgrade in future lo.

1). B-End tak boleh Harap.
2). Silicon Valley is only a dream.
3). MNCs in cyber - don't put high hope. If more MNCs it's a bonus.
4). Spillover effect - cyber for own stay won't be attractive to puchong / SK / USJ ppl? House price is reasonable compare to their current place. Good for upgrading.
5). Infra - it's alr there. What else u want?
6). Amenities - d Pulze, IOI resort city mall, centrus 3, F&B all coming up more n more. Still not enough?
7). 20mins drive to Jln tun razak, 15 mins drive to bkt Jalil. Is it really a lot of time that 20mjns travel duration? Check it out yourself how many minutes u spent to go to office every day?
8). Don't always assume ppl buying in cyber must be working in cyber. I m from KLCC so as my gang, noblebaby, xyyap etc.. Working overseas but still prefer cyber.

If u travel from D Pulze then you need to spend ard 10 mins to pass through all traffic lights and junctions prior to entering MEX. However, if you assumed going to KL via SEG newly built interchange to the MEX exit at Jln Tun Razak > 28.6Km @ 90km/hr = 19 mins. If you can do average 110km/hr its 15min without jam. For me I am quite constantly doing 150Km/hr from MEX toll at cyberjaya to Bkt Jalil then 110km/hr from Bkt jalil to Jln Tun razak MEX exit.

Check in google map la then u know whether I m bluffing you or not.

I agree with bro CK - it depends on where you live.
I am currently living in one of the landed GnG project in cyberjaya. Good living environment, superb security, quiet and slow lifestyle but yet not too far away from happening place like puchong. Food variesties mainly restaurant or cafe however no traditional kopitiam yet. No traffic jam, no parking issue not so crowded everywhere you go.
End of the day, depends on your lifestyle.
