Yes...quite a lot of activities at MCT lakefront site...landed bungalow, high rise condo, lake....SRJK C site, not to forget also the Lakepoint which alr gone up to 3rd floor.
Imagine once all these landed with great landscape completed, the living environment will be superb.

My sincere advice to buyers - Put the MNC factors aside. Purely treat Cyberjaya as a well planned GREEN township for those appreciate serene peaceful nice living environment while still not too far away from happening places like Puchong / Bkt Jalil / Sri Petaling / MV / KLCC (15-20mins) drive via various hwys.

Most of the ppl spending 30-45 mins traveling to office every day. From cyber to KLCC is ard 30 mins (minor jam) and 45mins during peak so I think even though it's a bit far (30km~) but u won't really feel it when driving along MEX hwy. can our LYN friends here sharing their traveling duration on daily basis to office pls?

Note - some of my friends stay in bkt Jalil however he still needs ~ 30mins to KLCC due to multiple traffic lights n junction prior to entering MEX.

From what I understand is only the downstream refinery business and not the entire oil n gas bz.

Talk cock only la at this stage.
Cyberjaya - play, work, live, study.
Work - OK la not too bad.
Study - MMU, LKW, CUCMS, but missing SRJK C (union will only start by 2017).
Play - D Pulze (just started TGV), still not enough good commercials.
Live - premium landed just handover, still need time for ppl to move in.

In good shape however pending on time to get mature like any city in the world.

As expected developer will be worrier than any of us if sales doesn't pick up well.
Cyberjaya has a good fundamental for long term investment or self living (spillover effect), just need to have some holding power to ride with the wave.
