From what I understand perodua and Honda will set up their service centre there.

Shoplot at Nadayu99 almost done. Hope there will be some good eateries there.

Tamarind square also progressing well.

Autoville is done and looks nice. Opposite is the Gem in Mall.

The crowd at Dpulze is good, the carpark was almost full when i tried to enter on Sunday morning. This mall has plenty of room for improvement.

Not to forget the school outside SH / opp Tamarind Sq always causing traffic jam. in future when areca and SR VP - it will be even more interesting.

We are the ppl working in KLCC area but we still going to move into Cyber when VP. Yes - Cyber to KLCC is ard 30KM+ however traveling time is only 35-40mins which is very common in klang valley.

Solution: how to make ppl who work in cyber stay in cyber. Currently most of them still stay outside cyber.then only we can proceed to say how to make ppl who work in Kl stay in cyberjaya.

16KM / 90 km/Hr = 10.6min.
However, the wide road and less busy traffic can easily do 120km/Hr = 8 mins.

Would be better if have an interchange fly into GR when traveling from IOI.

Both townships are diff concept, diff location, diff target customer.... Just because someone can't afford then commenting cyberjaya as selling at future future price.

Rm 2.3mil in cyberjaya u can buy garden residences 60'x90' 3.5 storey bungalow with jacuzzi at roof top and 5mins drive to IOI resort city mall and 5 mins to ERL putrajaya sentral and F/h - is this considered over over price? Google it the same type housing / concept how much it cost?

Rm 2mil - u can also buy a resort style home 40x100 semi D in symphony Hill. 4500ft2... Good living environment and landscape... F/H Somemore - is it over price?

Rm 1.6/7 mil for setia Eco glades... Water theme resort lift style living... Connecting to MEX via newly built interchanges... Over price? I dun think so. Future price? For me I can accept it.

Affordability is a key factor here.
Semenyih pricing is more affordable of course doing well but it doesn't mean semenyih is better than cyberjaya.

In fact the project in semenyih is not cheap at all... Bear in mind that the lepironia garden phase 1 still leftover few units selling at Rm 1.7mil for a 41x95.
Almost the same price - isn't it cyber a better buy it majestic is over price?
