QUOTE(Soros007 @ Oct 3 2015, 09:15 PM) Back in 2012 you can only see students type car in cyber like Kelisa, kenari, Myvi etc. Nowadays it's quite common to see luxury cars ard cyber. Saw few Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley and Porsche in cyber today. BMW, Benz and Audi are considered normal already. [attachmentid=5054948] I also have seen lemborghini few times in DPulze..

QUOTE(Cabinda @ Oct 4 2015, 10:09 PM) Anybody know where is this? It's only stated sepang.. Will it be SSP2? Looks like a hoax. If it's such a big scale impossible there are no marketing banners or advert in TV or online. Where you get this info?

Holding power is the key, but if oversupply, disposing without profit is also a logical option. Cash is king in current market....

Consumer sentiment is at 2008 low, stock market is coming down, property volume/transactions is trending down, developers are giving discounts/rebates and yet KV property prices are rising. What gives? Notice that SOME properties experience no increase for the recent few quarters. However, ALL properties listed experience NO drop in prices. Would like to see if the trend continues for the last 2 quarters. Do you have transacted volume for the same period?

What gives? Only new launch upward trend. But subsale showing stagnant price. Prolong and it could even be downward trend. Thus there's possibility u can get good bargain from newly VPed properties. Probably at the SPA price 3-4 years ago.
