Those supercars most probably belong to KRU or the developer there. Shaftsbury developer always come wf their bentleys.

Last time I saw a brand new rolls Royce at Gem in Malls.. And lomboghini at dpulze too.. KRU so rich?

Yup, they have lambo last time. Probably still having it la. And the Hot Jam cafe in Dpulze, if not mistaken it belongs to KRU.

Looks like a hoax. If it's such a big scale impossible there are no marketing banners or advert in TV or online. Where you get this info?

Better dun sell any of ur guys 900sqft++ unit now....

4-5 years down the road it could be worth more than 1/2 million....

New launch in bukit jelutong 1000sqft they already wanna sell nothing less than rm600-700k and theres still some waterfish and overextended fella go buy it...

Yes economy Is bad nowadays but with the extremely weak currency, expect prop price to go up in long run.

Holding power is the key, but if oversupply, disposing without profit is also a logical option. Cash is king in current market....

Consumer sentiment is at 2008 low, stock market is coming down, property volume/transactions is trending down, developers are giving discounts/rebates and yet KV property prices are rising.

Notice that SOME properties experience no increase for the recent few quarters.
However, ALL properties listed experience NO drop in prices.

Would like to see if the trend continues for the last 2 quarters.

Do you have transacted volume for the same period?

Only new launch upward trend. But subsale showing stagnant price. Prolong and it could even be downward trend. Thus there's possibility u can get good bargain from newly VPed properties. Probably at the SPA price 3-4 years ago.
