Last I know several land pieces with development order are now put up for sale.

Really need to ponder the word Cyber since it is no longer what the township stands for.

Share with us, what ppl comment abt setia alam when SA just started? What SA had upon that time? Cyber has all the right factors after Setia Haruman revised their plan few yrs ago. Just need time as any other suburbs.

Will cyberjaya hard to get people to rent? I plan to buy Mutiara Ville, i worry in the future hard to rent out. Some lim kok weng say Cyber very boring, so there rent out at serdang.

Recently smile.gif this year 2015 or 2014. I heard tat cyberjaya is hard to rent out and this place overspupplied. So i also feel worry to buy new property here.

No matter how u look at cyber, over supply of high rise is likely to happen. So think abt your plan before buying.

Hi xyyap.

I want to get advice from you about cyberjaya

I plan to invest in Cyberia unit (Cyberia Crescent, Cyberia Smarthomes etc) since the selling price still acceptable (ranging from 300k to 500k).

My concern is about demand and rental price. There are many projects now.
So is it many demand for those unit (expecting rental around 2k)?

Thank you very much for your opinion and time.
