Over supply? Unless u are the weak flipper and buying multiple units, will it impact u?
Look at the bright side. Take the low possibility, If each project bring in 10% owner stay and 20% rental tenants, it will be around 100-200 units or 300+ peoples move in. This will be able to support the existing business, and motivate more new busineses opening here. The cycle repeat to make this place more and more mature, and then more peoples move in. No one can tell how long the place will be matured, and U will be benefited on it. That all depend on ur luck! |
