Phase 2 estimated around mid June.

previously I only saw 3-5lights...that night I think got 15lights....not many but improved, the rental is around 3K for 2bedroom.

I guess the commercial happening places will be along Jln Persiaran Multimedia (D'Pulze, Centrus, Shaftbury Square and Tamarind Sq) in future.
Looking fwd the TGV cinema.

My last visit (1 mth ago) I noticed that TS has gone up to 3rd storey for their commercial shoplots and the Nadayu 99 shoplots (opp TS) are 90% completed too. For Autoville - all completed and waiting on CF I believe and they start looking for tenants.

I would say some of the landed in cyber are really value for money compare to those leasehold prop surrounding.

Forget abt the MNCs la...just assuming it will be another residential township as a safer bet.
Any MNCs that move in will be an extra bonus.
