Hi all,
I came across Permata Residence new launching recently, next to Tropicana Cheras semi -D & bungalow site at Taman Rakan-Rakan. It is not directly inside Sungai Long township, but the access to the location will have to pass by run-down shop lots etc. It is RM440 per sq ft, total sq ft is from 1040 - 1100 sq ft.
I am in dilemma if this project is worth for investment, as the surrounding areas are not so pleasant.
