yes. the offer is good for your experience of 8 years. . I would say a bit overpaid, but overall it is good.

How much they offered u as full time teaching art there? will it be more than 2.2k as u earned now?

ya, as they promise me before, the pay shuld be more then current this one. if like tat i will missing my part time job. haha.
