How to reduce fat at certain area

ahuhuh.. this que bothering me.. so wanna ask.. how to reduce fat at: --inner side of hip@peha --chest... -and also under the arm.... ok admit i'm kinnda fat  ... hahaa i jog at evening.. but the two area still hav that extra fat.. my hip kinnda firm.. not that much fat... but the inner side... anykind of movements/exercises to do.. coz i dont thing jog burn fat at that area..... thanks

Cannot spot reduce... if you reduce fat, it must be overall not just one part. Stop dreaming and get your ass around your neighborhood every afternoon.

for arms n thighs = dumbbell..basically weight carrying for tummy = sit ups, crunches.

just go exercising or if you're already doing so increase the resistance/amount. whats the point of doing 500 situps a day for an hour if it wont reduce your stomach area fat as fast as 30minutes of a general full body workout will.

really want to put effort in losing fat? try the morning workout as jogging just after you wake up from sleep, drink a cup of water rest and clear yourself awhile and start jogging for about 30minutes. Then come back and take shower and MUST eat your healthy breakfast.

You lose fat right, but you won't get the solid shape. It'll look toned, smooth, but not solid. If you get what I'm saying.
The only way, is to add weightlifting (this includes squatting) and cardiovascular excercises. The proper diet is also important, and don't eat anything of the fattening or carbohydrate type 3-4 hours before bedtime. Normal advice. Drinkin tea is also fine. However, say no to herbalife shakes. Never take that bullcrap brand products.
