You lose fat right, but you won't get the solid shape. It'll look toned, smooth, but not solid. If you get what I'm saying.
The only way, is to add weightlifting (this includes squatting) and cardiovascular excercises. The proper diet is also important, and don't eat anything of the fattening or carbohydrate type 3-4 hours before bedtime. Normal advice.
Drinkin tea is also fine. However, say no to herbalife shakes. Never take that bullcrap brand products.
