i would suggest to you go filed a police report 1st. if this jboy really sincere in paying you back he should have update you from time to time and also a simple phone call telling you he got this problem or that problem will do but as usual jboy/moppy both using same irresponsible delay tactics.

well i got no proofs showing these 2 persons is the same guy but i deal with moppy end of last year and indeed all the informartion i received from moppy is exactly the same as what bro rangered received from jboy. anyway there's another thread by moppy explaining the situation already.
