I 1000% agree. To those who have slightest interest, go visit their satellite sales office to understand the masterplan, check out the layout, facade, landscape, amenities, etc....

Don't buta2 go queue up to buy at launch day....

I saw the platform they created in EcoSky gallery to give a feel of the place. It should reflect majestic.

And judging by the photos posted by Chris kor, they are doing the same. I think they will be able to deliver the masterplan in majestic way. flex.gif

I dont think they will restrict each other. EW is operating a full GnG in EM. Theoretically, they could do so. But I think they will have a level-head to think strategically to create symbiotic effect. There is no gain to impose such restriction.

I think you refer to SARA (Setia Alam Resident Assoc) forum.... There is one taikor there very meticulously calculating the PSF. He is a good forumer and friend.... rclxms.gif
