Construction of interchange at Lekas will take like 18 months or maximum of 24 months (with lot of taichi). SPA is 3 years. If EM is launched next month, I doubt anyone can witness any activities at the site for interchange. It will just remain as plan (or drawings) for now and but not then.

I think to have better gauge or to view iterchange. It is better to see the interchange set for Ecohill. But then EM and Ecohill have different interchanges at Lekas.

As of now, one can only see the layout from Ipad....

They are building show units at site but not too sure which models they are building....

comparing 32x70 and 32x75...this is quite tricky...one has to look at the layout, to figure out whether the extra 40 sqft can give larger feel, evaluate whether the extra 5 feet give better space usage, pricing and also location of the parcel itself in Precinct 1.

SamKor - I thought maintenance fee is the least concern. Ball park fee is about 200+ for terrace and 300+ for cluster and slightly more for semi-D.....

Not sure about bungalow land.... icon_question.gif

THe link is confirmed. Ecoworld will pay for the bridge too. I think this bridge is a symbiotic move. It help each other wrt to amenities....

This is per unit basis. I put there 200+ because it may varies a bit based on BU of the parcel.

What are you targetting?

As for the bridge, I think it is confirmed. They bought the no man's land to facilitate this bridge. But then think about it, it is good to have both Lekas interchange as well as the red bridge....

The location EM allocated for the mall and commi area is pretty good. It is located right near the interchange. Traffic at Lekas will not miss it..... thumbup.gif
