The info we knew only pricing frm RM580K, G&G, brochure's landscaping,  Strata Title, 3 yrs to complete ....

still waiting the layout (functionality/ creativity), sales promotion (any early stage discount, foc), services (club hse/ maintenance fees), how many unit for 20x70 or 22x70 (inventory), and the most important is quality & return on investment...

Such big size.. Heard indicative price from 1.3mil. Semi d in EM as big as zero lot bangalow in SEH..

Seems like lots of taigor and TKJ aiming EM semi-D.
