Those who don't believe in the master plans of both will NOT get in. Catching the timing is also very important. Is it time yet? Is the demand sustaining at time of VP let say Q3 2017..... What are the amenities at that time?

7. Quite good floor to floor height of 11-12 feet
8. Apparently, quite generous technical spec for floorings, awaiting confirmation
9. Gate less concept for cluster semi-D and above
10. Good concept of landscaping throughout
11. Affordable maintenance cost for each lot despite being fully GnG.
12. Their deliverable can slowly be witnessed at EcoBotanic....

mtdave- Afaik, none are proposed for terrace.... not sure about cluster and semi-D....

My guess --> slight variation on BU with enhancement on finishing/sanitaryware

and at the back of my head, I think they want all phases to be nicely done without smaller BU and just typical joe facade.... that would be my quess.

For terrace, maintenance fee is sub-200. It is purely based on land size.

Actually, any green within the precinct will be maintained by the parcel itself by means of maintenance fee....I hope their DMC or house rules are stern enough to prevent ahBengahKauRajuAhmadAli to simply renovate and do extensio here and there that possibly affect the entire facade of the row or precinct.
