Lol... Do you face any jam? If the traffic is smooth, you should be able to reach SEH / EM within 30-40 minutes from either Berjaya Times Square or Mid Valley.... tongue.gif tongue.gif

The distance from KLCC to SEH / EM is similar from KLCC to Kota Kemuning / Setia Alam / Setia Ecopark / Puchong Utama / Putrajaya / Bangi loh... tongue.gif tongue.gif

Nothing confirm yet. If that road is confirmed, that's mean Jalan Semenyih and Jalan Bangi Lama will be linked up, and directed to NSE highway on Bandar Seri Mahkota exit, via Bangi Avenue..

Such linkage will enable EM / SEH residents to have access NSE easily, while Serene Height / Bangi Avenue residents shall be able to acess Lekas highway as well.... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Hopefully this link road can be confirmed, as it is beneficial to both townships either in Semenyih or Bangi.... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

The most interesting part is this commercial area will be very close to the KFC poultry farm, less than 1 km I suppose... hmm.gif hmm.gif

good mah, KFC can open branch at there...and the main selling point is the fresh chicken deliver to customer in 10 minutes...

Yeah, that linkage is very crucial. I am pretty much that linked road to NSE would be there.

Guess I need to do another rounds of site visit to know it much further. 1/2 year never go since SEH launched. Lol.

Yes, if not mistaken n like wat bro sam said, no clubhouse and there would be a sportscomplex.

Stratified G&G vs individual title F&G can be have some differences.

IMO, both are equally good and rely on individual preference.

Other differences could be the built up area is slightly bigger and backyard is landscape instead of tar road.
If SEH back yard is standard 10" long, then EM would be 15" feet.

Since this is G&G, would be under stratified, right?

The title will later show the number of shares own by the owner rather than the actual site of the land. Owner only own x number of shares in the master title, the land is under the custody of the JMC/MC. Some people may find it hard to accept this
