besides, how much rental u guys think this Clio can fetch?
While Puteri Palma with 1600sf rental is roughly RM2.5k now. means Clio with 800sf ++ can get around 1.5 - 2k only? |

So many big big mall opening soon for example Empire Damansara, will it really attract so much traffic or population as there are so much existing shopping centre in the market currently!!!

So developers better be prepared. many small and not well planned malls will FAILI'm very sure IOI City Mall will succeed due to great potential in Putrajaya/Cyberjaya with thousands of new condo's and new/existing colleges/offices in the area. |
