Boss, is it confirmed as noticed from the open for registration banner states "located within arms reach of the upcoming IOI City Mall"...

Besides 16 Sierra, IOI still have many other pieces of land in that part...?

Morning traffic is definitely against traffic and acceptable. But evening going home traffic is very teruk. At least,1.5 hours on most days

Last I visited, puteri Palma seems have many vacant units n the carpark also has many vacant bays

There are some Koreans staying there too

The new mall should bring in more people
