but jz using AF macro can adi
but macro shoot still not so good
and i really suspect VENUS lll engine that said can save battery life
but i dun think it can do it well

yalor...the macro shot u hv to switch to MF or used Macro AF. my cam already get so close but the closeup still no so good... so i think a closeup filter is a need than...

haha...i think the battery consumption is same as FZ7 la..i just cant feel any improvement...

yalo, our lumix macro is 5cm if compare with S3IS is 0cm
but 0cm sometimes bright cannot come in oso
our battery is 710mAh only, so sometimes really not enuff

abt the pic i've taken, i snap it directly through my camera with a tripod. tats all. no mod n no filter.

here is some pic of paris night view from eifel tower level 3, not really good coz wind on top there where too strong.




and another closer eifel tower night view but a bit tilt coz the unreliable tripod.

that's y we need an extra battery. i think with an extra battery...we can snap for 1 day long oso no problem.

yeah.... looking for that kinda of battery also.

nope... the rice one is my first Macro +4 shot in dim light... so not so nice. the rest of the flower use UV filter only... no Macro filter.

i heard third party batt hv higher mAH so it can last longer.....and cheaper oso.

oic....ya the micro filter hard to used plus FZ cam very week in low light....got any test pic of using closeup filter +4 in outdoor?
