its true. i used to be on 500mb and i couldn't finish. I decided to upgrade to 1gb because i changed plan and its the same price as before, might as well use 1gb for future use when i get nexus
just wondering, how much do you guys pay monthly for phone bill? is rm80 alot without contract?
also, i guess we should stop comparing flagship models with the nexus5. for a comparison to be valid we should be comparing items of the same price range. we should be comparing with the likes of galaxy ace and i5c
Phone plans are very subjective. I for one, am happy with u mobile prepaid. RM 28 per month for 500 MB of data and 100 minutes free call to any network + 30 SMS. My average call usage is around 60 minutes per month, and data around 350-450 MB /month. So this plan suits me well

Yeah i also use RM28 Umobile, best deal in town! It is not because I want to save money, it just i'm not heavy user, seldom make call, maybe 30min per months of less.
TS can put this image I made to the front page. It looks impressive but remember that voltage alone is not the lone factor. More details from the xda thread I pulled out: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2483794

That's right, it's subjective and depend on own needs. for me, my current plan is the best for me, Celcom postpaid 1GB + call/sms payu and every month I pay around below 42. In before, both Maxis and DiGi disappointed me.
going tumpang fren to buy nexus 5 from perth , now still gt stock in aus? anyone know where to check as we dont have access to aus playstore can easily claim tax at airport right?
For what I know, you don't get the tax refund because the phone is shipped from HK. If you check their custom's page, tax refund does not include goods purchased over the internet and imported into Australia.

Maxis: RM7/week(100mb) x 4 = RM28 (400mb)
Sometimes even less if I didnt need to subscribe for the data plan during that week.

y wanna use rm 7 x 4.. when hotlink now has rm 30 for 1gb 30 days?...
coz sometimes I only subscribe for 2 or 3 weeks only so it will cost me around RM21 or RM14.

I am on RM20/month for 350MB. I just found this out few weeks ago, pretty good substitute if you are a RM7/week user.
Ya I just notice this too lol, maybe next time will just register for this already. I can save even more, they just recently update their plans I believe, last time dont have lol. Maxis ftw
im on rm28 talkmore plan + 1gb data. total rm76++. i think its quite expensive no? im thinking of changing to celcom or hotlink if there is a cheaper plan. I text and call less than 100mins and 100texts a month respectively.
usually max usage is 1.5gb only..on last day before expired..open free wifi hotspot at office..
but dunno why..in office line is really suck.. E everytime..
so maybe wanna plan to change to maxis back..
I know that feeling never use umobile but i switched to digi before. After 1 week, I switch back to maxis coz digi damn slow, coverage is ok but cant browse anything. Pretty useless as I am paying for data plan but cant use it. Maybe because my campus everyone was on digi or something. Now using maxis, never failed me even once, plus with their new rates its even much affordable for a good service

My 5gb plan just enough for me. Previously on 3gb plan n every month top up twice !! Usage depends on individual user . I used most when download firmware average 2.5gb per month on this alone. Always used phone data as is 3-5x faster than home miserable P1 network

i started uisng umobile.. the rm 28/500mb plan.. it was fine.. and good.. got 100mins free talk time.. coverage wise is okok..
den saw digi having the new prepaid data plan.. i switched to digi n try.. after 1 month i cannot tahan d.. the speed is dam slow.. coverage also nt any much better than umobile..
den i went to try hotlink.. the first few hours of using it already impress me.. the speed is much faster than umobile and digi... then i m totally hooked.. and since the new plan is also quite cheap n good... i will staying with em for quite some time..
