Yes. This is not a surface film nor wax coating. It penetrates deep in the nano pores of your surface materials, it can withstand high abrasion with no problem at all.

It is water based and you will need to have 24 hours of curing time to view the best effect.

Only the Surfapore W (Wood coating) has the UV protection.

Therefore, this product can last 4-5 years with high abrasion and the effect drop by 15% just after 8 years only.

You may view the video here on how we can apply this product.

I can do application of the coating for you with extra labour cost but why spend the extra when you can apply it yourself. It is very easy, just paint it over your concrete walkway.
I would strongly suggest you do a double coat for walkways. You will need to do second coat after 10 minutes of the first coat.

You may view the video here

You will need this :

UV resistant only for Wood coating and each of your coat will last you 4-5 years with no problem.

Weikee, This product is not film , silicone nor wax coating. Those are only surfaces coating and we are water based liquid which will penetrates through each nano pores of your materials. Therefore it can withstand high abrasion and long lasting.

We have an expo booth for World Innovation Forum Kuala Lumpur 2013 on November 12th – 14th, 2013 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

Drop by and view it yourself.

Sorry but nano pores and small holes is a two different thing. Nanophos harnesses nano technology for their coating. Silicone based is only a surface coating which do not allow breathability.

Nanophos will not alter changes the appearance and feel you have on your materials. I am very familiar with PYE products.

If you are skeptical, do come check us out on our booth.

I used this type of product before. The effect is the same as this nano product where the water cannot seep in and become droplets. But after few months it not longer waterproof any more. The application is same using brush and the solution get seep inside cement, brick, marble, even tiles. Then problem is it cannot last. Beginning is fantastic. So I think if this nano product is same then it is useless, waste effort and money. Hope it is different and permanent?

Yes correct. What you have on the market right now and off the shelf is SURFACE ONLY coating. Membrane only coating will only last for a few months due to high abrasiveness from sandy wind and rain water.

If this is so effective, wet kitchen and toilets can waterproof using this technology.
