QUOTE(neonikson1 @ Dec 24 2013, 12:34 AM) I wonder if we can still get DIBS if snp is signed in 2014. Most inportant is to sign bank loan if planning to go for DIBS so they can key into system before 2014.. If non DIBS, you can postpone SnP as well as get loan in 2014. QUOTE(restful increase @ Dec 24 2013, 04:01 PM) Offer ltr will suffice. But u better double check with ur loan officer.. Thx for the info. That was what I have been told by my bank agent also, ie the Loan Offer Letter is good enough. But, what I will do is to drive my loan agreement signed within this year.

QUOTE(superpigchan @ Dec 17 2013, 05:14 PM) Only 2 fees you need to pay: 1. 3% of the purchase price then deduct 10K booking fees, can swipe credit card 2. if you sign loan agreement together, then you need to pay loan agreement stamp duty, which is 0.5% of your loan amount, need to issue cheque to the solicitor of the loan agrement. That's all, developer absorbs all other fees even include the disbursement fees. MOT is not covered if i remembered correctly.
