I paid the booking for the extra carpark. There is still one left, guess it will offer to the next person on standby list. Or maybe u guys can try your luck if u too interested in getting one.

I am interested in getting another car park as well.

Yep, took 2 weeks leave to come back for CNY and sign the SPA etc. Will be flying back tonight already so will have to rely on you guys for EkoCheras info in the future lol

Btw they have shut their sales office in Cheras already to make way for the building process.

Can insert the cost into spa? Or it needs to be paid by cash?

They should rent another office nearby as sales office, Block E still have available units to sell...

Wow that means the current sales office building only operates for 5 months only.... and they have renovated it....

What is RM100k renovation cost vs few hundred million of profits...no show units also...

They should organize a CNY appreciation dinner event for all the purchasers who signed S&P and at the same time reboot the sale of remaining units of Block E. Lion dance parade along Jalan Cheras...fireworks...

All these are investment to attract interest for the mall and potential operators...

Luckily I have done all paper work in the Cheras office (in case there is no more office in Cheras).

The HQ at Gombak is really far for me....

The event can hold at Cheers Palace which is their tenant...just ask Cheers Palace no need to pay 1 month rental can buy all of us CNY dinner already...

Cheers palace may not fit all purchasers.. lol

2k for booking 1.5k upon signing the supplementary agreement. Then progressive payment over next 4years.

Err. I dont think we will get free cny dinner. No dinner or celebration also all units will be sold.

Many developers hold "appreciation" dinner for purchasers who signed S&P...to appreciate them for their support...this is sincere appreciation and build up a loyalty member club. Many also hold "celebration" event...to celebrate sold out (except for limited units...hehe)

If the developer offer free lunch and then influence you to make booking, that's business marketing and promotion, not sincere appreciation

Even no CNY event, some developer send a CNY greeting card or e-card to you, that is also small appreciation...and long term relationship building...

Not to mention dinner.
I recall all my visits to the HQ(Gombak) or Cheras, the only thing being served is mineral water.

Kuih muih pun tada. Satay / nasi lemak, jangan harap.



Very cost effective marketing.
