Compare to other projects nearby MRT such as velocity and Amaya, do you think it's better to buy Amaya now for 700psf?

Pls check propertywtf forum

Amaya seems to have :

"lax" security
"unsatisfactory" sky garden
"monopoly" of contractors

Pls check...

Amaya is leasehold right? I think many will still prefer freehold such as EkoCheras  smile.gif

I would personally prefer Ekocheras than Amanya not only due to freehold title vs leasehold title. In fact Amanya is a standalone project and the facility is so so only. Also it needs a walking distance to Velocity as it is not part of Velo project. However Ekocheras even tower E is within the compound area and able to enjoy the facility ie shopping mall and movie cinemas.

There was once a discussion about klibor vs blr back in 2009. Was kind of brief discussion.

The digging activity has reached to an area about a swimming pool size as of 3pm today..

You may receive a welcoming eyesight from the workers.

If the units are not transferable, would you like to consider the BlkE units?
They are still available as of 3pm yesterday.

Hi pepper99, I've signed my S&P but noticed there was only a mention of one car park number eventhough I've been told that I would get 2. I've checked and they said it's tandem (car park space for two cars) so there's only one number. Did yours come with 2 car parks? If so, was there any mention of a tandem car park in the S&P agreement?

Does anyone else here have a unit with 2 car parks?

Thanks.

Ya. I saw there was only one car park number but SA just said it's a tandem so there's only one number. Maybe I'm being overcautious but 4 years down the line, if they deliver the unit with one carpark, there's no proof that we've been allocated 2 car parks isn't it? In fact, the car park number that they gave me last time changed and they said that the floor plan changed so the numbering has changed as well.

Please do post an update once you've received your S&P copy. thumbup.gif

Buying property is indeed quite stressful! cry.gif

Today. That's like 2 months already. I would expect you to have received a copy of the documents you signed. Maybe you should give them a call and find out from them?

Yes true true. When u all sign spa got mentioned the car park lot no N also the location or not?
They spa no mentioned car park location as in layout.. 4 years later they can tell u your car park is outside... Eventhough the car park lot no still maintain.
Better check your spa got include car park layout..

JMHO, technically, they can re-layout if they want it.
They can say the relocation is part of the agreement signed along with the SnP (DMC?) when they want to build the mall.

Personally, if my car park is outside but within EKC land, I am even delighted.
Going to B3 is kind of time consuming compared to parking outside, provided the parking bay is something accessed only by residents.
