im not a web designer my self. i just do programming mainly on php.

renewal for RM599 not cheap...the worst part is need to pay rm2000 and still need to DIY..

Python programming language main website is getting new design from 2 successful bidder and total cost is $70,000 
Well not exactly expensive considering it will be built from the ground up, both parties is giving back to Python open source community
What "wow" me is their proposal and this one from Divio is really awesome

Hi, reputable company price may not vary too much... if you are doubt with them the best way to find out is to meet them. Web development is ALL about the service and how much they can consult you(but if cos their knowledge). Rm3-4k is a fair price for a 'complete' website, i doubt on the offer of rm300-400 those definitely are freelancer...

agreed! but when we charge more than 1-2k most of them  and said too pricey

but i believe what you pay is what you get in the end..you cant expect rm300-400 website same as rm1-2k and above.

May I ask how much is the expense needed for above setup, including file hosting.    If the webpage will be uploading file from abroad and local, is it possible that I kinda 'rent' server based on foreign country? (which means uploader's country) For example, an uploader from Japan upload file to the server based on Japan and my server based in my country? Sorry for asking such dumb question, because I have no idea about this. Thanks in advance.
