a friend working in web agency told me that u can charge up to rm130 per page in current market.
i built a site for company xx and quoted them rm90 per page (which is wayy below market rate) and now they refused to pay me and said that my price is too expensive! the site is already up and running and 6 months ago and they still delay the payment.
so i just want to research again if i should lower the price somemore.

can anybody advice?

Will show/provide you some examples of sites that we like to give you an idea, so it's not completely start from zero.

Website must have a shopping cart, integrated payment, CMS, SEO etc...
Tentatively, will have about 6 info pages + 3-4 categories (about 6-10 products in each cat, a few colours in each product).
