The guy uses what they call a FunBro (which is a stalling Slowbro).
It has Oblivious so that it can't be Taunted, and has Leppa Berry (to restore PP of moves)
Attacks it have is Block (prevent opponent from escaping), Slack Off (to recover), Recycle (to get back the Leppa Berry), and Heal Pulse (to make the opponent not die when he runs out of PP and Struggle).

The opponent is stuck in an endless battle where he can't escape and can't die.

Can be countered tho. Ghost Pokemon are immune to Block, so they can escape. Also, the FunBro only appears when the opponent is using a Staller or a Pokemon with low damage output. If played correctly, you can defeat the FunBro. He's also not immune to Whirlwind, so Skarmory can switch it out no problem and also set up Spikes.

hmm true

there are still some ways to counter it, like toxic or boost sweep. but of course he can just switch out. rather than evil it is just annoying and trolling lol

elroid I'm very sorry for delaying the battle.. no internet connection for a week really kills me
