ok,pokemon ev clear. how about IV? i search a lot on internet but still dont get it. 6iv mean all stat of that pokemon is 6 in lv1? or when level up a 6iv pokemon will get 6 point to all stat?
*
it depends on the base stat and nature of pokemon. not necessary is 6 depend on it. visit the stats judge to know which stat u has is max. he is in that town u can go post champion battle.

The chances of getting the Pokemon finding leftovers with Pickup ability is as low as 1/1000 when at level 80-100?
*
yeah thats y i need more to increase the chances. currently there is not many other ways to get one.

dragonite with leftovers
recommend me a moveset if u have anything better
*
i'm used to physical build since its atk got more and D.dance is fun to use.

-dragon dance
-fire/thunder punch
-earthquake
-dragon claw/outrage/dragon rush

if got extremespeed better but dunno how get it to dragonite. dragon rush is a bit unreliable on accuracy but claw doesn't seem like can kill one hit kill without good buff... last time i used to use lum berry with outrage but now fairy immune might make me think twice

normally it is better to use more type of move for more type coverage, it is good to have one move to counter common counters.

the punch is usually good to cover more typing and might be useful to reach on those with ice moves(for example many water types have ice beam). but the ideal situation is you are buffed by DDance otherwise you might risk not able to kill the opponent and letting them kill you instead.

On side note, dragon dance is really useful move as it boost both speed and atk. most users if get an opportunity to use once they will already be hard to stop unless they faced a target that can resist all moves or a bulky/stalling one survive a hit and cause status effect. So it is highly recommended.

personally I dont recommend dragon rush because the 75% accuracy is very risky.

alrite thx for the info
and how bout draco meteor? if not dragonite who else?
*
those with more special attack stat are more suited. haven't really look into it and rough searched dragon types i think these should be more suited base on the stat:
charizard, hydreigon, Dragalge (adaptability makes STAB bonus from 1.5x to 2x too), not sure why but seen many people use Noivern with draco meteor too. do note that draco meteor reduces own sp.atk by two stages after used so must use wisely.

leftovers is to heal every between turns. normally it is more preferred than shell bell because it is more stable. shell bell has to depend on damage done and in most chance it heal more only when a successful super effective hit is done.

weather needs long explaination so i might well just put the link here:

any hint on how to meet the legend bird? they keep heading to opposite direction of where i want it to go even if I'm moving between routes.

are there any normal pokes you all need? I got most of them already but some are GTS/wonder trade away already. But I should still have some rare ones like sudowoodo and swellow. also got keep some first stages that can only obtain from breedings
