QUOTE(elroid @ Dec 1 2013, 07:19 PM) if you mean the clefable in that replay video it is either lv 50 or 100 i forgot which one they use in showdown. Wow, Happy Hour can give those bonus?btw guys, try getting a smeargle with happy hour move then reproduce them by keep C/P with other smeargle sketch. It can net many 4~5 iv mons if are not too picky. sometimes can fetch very hard/troublesome to breed stuffs too. it has pretty good demand I thought they just giving 2x money. EDIT: Oh I get it, get them via trading with Happy Hour Smeargle. This post has been edited by bergstein: Dec 1 2013, 07:51 PM |

QUOTE(Sunnyeong @ Dec 1 2013, 07:40 PM) I really hate that the rating battle is disabled. Most of the battles I fight in Free Battles are against people that uses Legendaries (not that I'm complaining), I wanna rank battle Why disable? Maintenance?QUOTE(elroid @ Dec 1 2013, 07:41 PM) Theres no 6v6 option. Thats the worst part of rating battle. In 3v3 its all about luck, what pokemon you put after team preview.I appreciate that theres 3v3 option but they could at least put 6v6 option This post has been edited by misterpotato: Dec 1 2013, 07:56 PM |

QUOTE(misterpotato @ Dec 1 2013, 07:54 PM) Why disable? Maintenance? Disable mostly cuz of a program that lets people see the movesets of their opponent's team (rating battles actually determine whether you get invited to the Pokemon tournaments if I'm not mistaken, so this method of cheating is indeed very bad). Theres no 6v6 option. Thats the worst part of rating battle. In 3v3 its all about luck, what pokemon you put after team preview. I appreciate that theres 3v3 option but they could at least put 6v6 option And yeah, I prefer 6v6 too, more epic battles. This post has been edited by Sunnyeong: Dec 1 2013, 07:57 PM |

QUOTE(hydroboy87 @ Dec 1 2013, 08:43 PM) Yeah. Something like that. EV training is like 'specialized training'. When your Pokemon defeats a Pokemon (in a non-competitive environment) the Pokemon gives out EVs. Example: Floatzel gives out Speed EVs. Battle enough Floatzels, and your Pokemon will have more Speed stat than a normal trained Pokemon. Alternatively, you can play with Super Training to gain EVs. |

QUOTE(elroid @ Dec 1 2013, 09:00 PM) What he said. The easiest method to get Shinies (without the use of a computer) is the Matsuda Method (using a non-Japanese Pokemon to breed with a Japanese Pokemon). If you wanna use the more computer-ish method, ask someone who has a program to check your Shiny Value. Each egg is tied to a specific Shiny Value, and if the egg's value matches with the trainer hatching the egg, you get a Shiny. |

Use GTS. Some people trade ditto for ditto for this reason.

QUOTE(Bunny.Hitam @ Dec 1 2013, 09:09 PM) I guess there's one way to get a Japanese Ditto - get extremely lucky on Wonder Trade. Sometimes those guys are really kind, they give out Pokemon with Pokerus, or Pokemons that do not have perfect IVs, if you're lucky, you may get a Ditto |
