What he said. The easiest method to get Shinies (without the use of a computer) is the Matsuda Method (using a non-Japanese Pokemon to breed with a Japanese Pokemon). If you wanna use the more computer-ish method, ask someone who has a program to check your Shiny Value. Each egg is tied to a specific Shiny Value, and if the egg's value matches with the trainer hatching the egg, you get a Shiny.

Use GTS. Some people trade ditto for ditto for this reason.

Really, it i better that you don't try to actively seek for shiny. Finding one without any method needs a 1 out of 4k+ chance to happen. If you really dont care about what shiny it is then i suggest you read about pokeradar or chain fishing method.

Shiny won't help you at all in breeding another shiny, nor does it add extra power or anything. It only adds up a bit value in trading if anything.

by perfect u mean all 6IV are perfect? Currently genderless are still hard to breed because it can only depend on ditto. so until pokebank is released for perfect dittos to spread, it will be extremely rare and valuable.
