Booked an unit yesterday.
Type 1A
2170sf (inter)
22x70
4 bedroom/3bathroom
RM821,800

Initially it was sold out, luckily the helpful S.A keep updating me on the rejected loan unit.
Paid 18k for the booking fees.
And they do accept credit card as one of the mode of payment if you intend for points collecting.

My unit backyard is facing surau.
But unsure the distance between them.

And now busy looking for financer.

Hi ch_kee83,
1) Is the price you quoted before or after discount?
2) Where is the surau?
*
1) It's before discount.
2) During my view on the miniature site, the surau label was put at the north west. It's not in the housing estate of phase 1. But outside. How far from the estate I forgot to ask.

The whole phase 1 will have a perimeter fencing with guards according to the SA.

They take credit card meh? When I booked mine, they said no credit card leh.
*
Yes indeed. And if the limit can't swipe for 18k, they even suggest me to swipe 5k first and settle the remaining by other means (cheque, bank-in).
If I'm not mistaken they can return the booking fees if your loan is rejected but they will charge 1k for admin fees.

Hi.
Was wondering if we can pay the remaining 5% by multiple credit cards when signing the SnP?
Can get points and some credit cards have rebate too.

Scheduled to sign on this Saturday morning like other bros n sis here at their showroom office.

When I was there on last saturday for snp signing, saw some double storey intermediate units facing north at row TH 1/1 and some 3-storey for sale. Thought of changing to the open unit but rm1k will be forteited. So end up change nothing.

According to the S.A, these units r reserved for managements n some for the "boss" for his close friends. But end up open for sale.

*
I had the same type n paying the same price too 780k after discount.
Only realize there r two types after i placed the booking as type 1A only available on the time of booking.
1A is 2170sft....1B 2135sft...
Wondering where does the 35sft go to?
The width n length of both types also same. hmm.gif

Anybody knows the showroom interior design is done by which company?
Looks decent. Hope to get the same design as the showroom..heehe

Perhaps that's the capability of their sales team to deceive potential buyers. At least I'm of the one being deceived.

They did mentioned that phase one is the only phase that builds double-storey terraces and phase two will be semi-d and bungalow. Phase 3 will be high-rise condo and commercial units etc etc....
Too bad the conversations r not being recorded..if not..hu hu..
I believe verbal agreement is still valid on the court room!!
